Dear user,
We have fully rebuilt {App} — our new app is called Sleep Assist. You will need to migrate your account to it after launch. It only takes a few minutes — here is what to do from July 27:

Use this same email address so we can find your account. Forgot your old password? No problem — you will set a new one during migration.

Tap “Migrate my account”
Follow the in-app steps — we will email you a verification code to confirm it is you, then your account and paired bed move over in one go.

Dear Users,
We have fully rebuilt the Sleep Assist application. If you hold an existing account for [Sleep Assist / Ergosportive / Dawnhouse], you need to migrate your old account to the new app.
1. Upgrade Arrangement
Launch date of the new application: [July __, 2026]
The official shutdown date of legacy apps will be announced separately. Please stay tuned for follow-up notices. Before the legacy apps are fully discontinued, users who have not completed migration can use all functions normally. Please finish the migration in a timely manner. Otherwise, your account, device pairing records and historical health data will be lost permanently.
2. Migratable Content
1) Account information and device pairing relationships;
2) Historical health data will not be migrated automatically, but migrated users can view such data via a dedicated entry in the new app's Settings page (this entry is only visible to migrated accounts).
3. Migration Methods
1) Self-service Migration via Email + Verification Code
After downloading the new app, enter the email and password of your old account, then tap Sign In / Sign Up. Once the system detects the email is linked to a legacy account, a verification code will be sent to your mailbox. Follow the guide to complete migration after successful verification.
2) Assisted Manual Migration
If you logged into Dawnhouse with Facebook, Google or Apple accounts, you cannot complete migration on your own. The new app does not support Facebook login for the time being. Although Google and Apple login are available, the system cannot automatically identify and migrate your legacy account. We will send migration guidance emails to the email bound to your old account. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions to complete the process promptly.

You signed in to Dawnhouse with Facebook, Google or Apple. The new Sleep Assist cannot migrate these accounts automatically, so our support team will assist you personally. Here is all you need to do:

Create a new Sleep Assist account with this email address
Download the new Sleep Assist and sign up with Email + Password. If this email is an Apple private relay address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com), please sign up with your everyday email instead.

Reply to this email once you have registered
A one-line reply is enough, e.g. “Done — I registered with name@example.com”. If you signed up with a different email, tell us which one.

We link your bed and confirm by reply
After verification, our team binds your paired bed to your new account, then replies to confirm — including how to find your previous sleep reports.

While you wait: both Dawnhouse and the new Sleep Assist keep working as usual. The only limitation — your previous sleep history is not yet visible in the new app until migration is complete.
The attached Account Migration Agreement applies to this migration. By completing the steps above, you confirm that you have read and accepted it.
Please complete these steps before the legacy apps shut down. Otherwise your account, bed pairing and historical health data cannot be retained.
